GHS Global was founded in 1997 to meet a demand for simple to use, inexpensive property management software. The company's founders each offer more than 20 years experience in hotel management.

How is your software so much cheaper than other products?
GHS Global's applications do not require onsite training, installation or maintenance. All of our applications are distributed, activated and maintained via the Internet. Because we do not have these added costs we can offer considerable savings when compared to other products.

GHS Global's property management systems were launched in 1998 have since been installed at over 3,500 properties worldwide. Modifications are tested at a select group of hotels before being released.

What happens if I have a problem with the software?
Contact support@ghsglobal.net and a technical representative will evaluate the problem. If the software is at fault, it will be repaired via the Internet. A service contract is required when requesting technical support.

Does your software support GST?
GHS Global's applications support all sales taxes including room tax and multiple taxes.

How is my software activated if I buy online?
An email notification will be sent once the online payment is processed. To activate the software simply connect to the Online Services screen, or follow the instructions in the email. Your software will be automatically activated and configured. Contact sales@ghsglobal.net for further information.

Do I have to buy online?
No. You can contact GHS Global or your local reseller to use a traditional payment method. Although buying online will save you more than 10% on the retail cost.

What is your refund policy?
GHS Global offers a free unrestricted 30-day trial period for each application. This enables our customers to evaluate the software for no up-front cost and determine whether it is the right product for their business.
